The AF Challenge kicks off on February 26th, and this year, and it’s going to be awesome!

How it works:
The AF Challenge consists of 3 X challenges spread throughout the year.

  • 8 week kick start challenge

  • 100 workouts in 125 days (make it a habit)

  • 8 week "the fantastic fit finish"


There is no cost to sign up for the 12 month AF Challenge, however the commitment will give you a discount for all 3 challenges during the year.

Total cost of $170.00 saving you $58.00,

payment can be made up front or added to your direct debit.

Challenge #1

8 week Kick start. (26th Feb – 22nd April)
This is an 8 week program that is purely focused on getting momentum built. Get a kick start into a new lifestyle this year with prizes up for grabs for incentive.

  • Nutrition advice including a Nutrition info evening with Martin.

  • Expert guidance in creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

  • 2 x BodyScan360 Body scans

Challenge #2

100 workouts - Building habits (2nd June – 4th October)
100 workouts in 125 days. This is here to ensure that over the 125 day period you are held accountable by tracking your attendance.

8 week challenge. (20th October – 15th December)
